Introduction

What are the new worlds of virtual reality? What could these new worlds offer us that we don't already have. Is it really making things better?

In the old days, we have heard about the story of Kings who sent their messages by horse men. These messages would be coded for privacy to avoid getting in the wrong hands. We didn't think that was good enough, so along came the phone, the pager, and the fax machines.
